Policy Analyst II

The successful candidate will work as a member of the COLOSSUS Policy Development and Coordination team and support activities including conceptualizing, developing, facilitating, and promulgating NRO- and COMM-wide Information Technology, Information Assurance, and Information Management policies applicable to NRO staff and industry partners. The candidate will also participate in the development and coordination of policies in a wide variety of forums across the NRO and the Intelligence Community (IC). The team is regularly called upon to provide advice and guidance on policy issues to senior-level management, and are expected to validate the alignment of draft policies with NRO, IC, and DoD interests.

Job Requirements

Required qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance, with CI Poly
• NRO or IC experience
• BS/BA/AA degree with 5+ years or 8+ years of demonstrated performance related to the responsibilities outlined above
• Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
• Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE) service offerings, architectures, and service adoption
