Job Description
TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST-ES - Senior
WTC
Position requires ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Mandatory Skills:
1. 6+ years relevant experience or equivalent education and experience is required.
2. Experience with the customer's facilities and their operations.
3. Understanding of the principles of designing, installing and operating diesel generator systems, voltage regulators and air conditioning systems.
4. Familiarity with Department of State Overseas Building Office requirements and procedures
5. Working knowledge of HVAC and/or other trade skills, design principles and operations.
6. Understanding of the customer's message preparation process
7. Active trade license in HVAC or Electrical systems (minimum Journeyman)
Optional Skills:
1. Knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, and Project, plus Lotus Notes.
2. Knowledge of logistics and procurement of materials, inventory management
3. Knowledge of MAXIMO, other Customer tools
