Marathon TS is looking for a Payroll Consultant to support our efforts at the DIA: As a Payroll Consultant, you will advise key stakeholders on Workday implementation, including selection, transformation, configuration, project management, change management, design, testing, and integration. You will contribute beyond client delivery through activities like recruiting, marketing, business development, and operational improvement. Additionally, you will implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in Workday HCM and Payroll implementation projects
- Provide post-production support and enhancements to enterprises
- Collaborate with teams to guide clients on Payroll module implementation
- Lead data conversion from legacy systems to Workday
- Participate in Payroll application planning and implementation
- Communicate project updates and recommendations to clients
- Foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor consultants
- 2+ years of experience implementing Workday Payroll
- 1-2 large or 3-4 small end-to-end Payroll implementations
- Deep knowledge of Payroll configuration
- Experience as a lead consultant on Workday Payroll projects (preferred)
- Workday Payroll certification (preferred)
- Consulting experience with a Workday deployment partner
- Experience deploying multiple Workday Payroll/HCM projects simultaneously (plus)
- Strong attention to detail and big-picture perspective
- Ability to build client relationships and drive conversations
