Overview

The Linux Systems Engineer will report to the Western Currency Facility - WCF (Fort Worth, TX).

The person in this role shall be responsible for installing, updating, patching, removing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all existing and future installations of Red Hat Linux servers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • The Linux Systems Engineer filling this position shall have at least four (4) years of experience administering and maintaining Linux Operating Systems.
  • Experience with Linux on a virtualized platform (Nutanix, VMWare or Microsoft Hyper-V) is preferred.


REQUIRED CERTIFICATION:

  • This position requires the incumbent holds a current certification as a Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA) or preferred Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).


ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

A satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTC are required.
