Do you have a passion for simulation development, operational analysis, and working directly with DoD and Intelligence Community stakeholders? We're looking for talented individuals to support high-impact missions and bring modeling and simulation expertise to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, adapt, and execute high-fidelity scenarios using AFSIM and other simulation frameworks.
- Support mission-level analysis for the U.S. Air Force Global Strike mission at SMAC.
- Collaborate on projects involving military aircraft systems or air defense operations.
- Work with tools like Suppressor, EADSIM, STORM, and Python, with a preference for candidates comfortable in Linux environments.
- Configure digital representations of complex military systems to support operational utility, asset vulnerability, system integration, and concept of operations assessments within a synthetic simulation environment.
- Work with domain experts to understand the nuances of specific systems (or classes of systems) and use abstraction techniques to model them at the mission-level.
- Assemble known information when available and use engineering judgement to fill in the blanks to represent real world hardware, software, or processes used in military operations
- Develop, adapt, and execute high-fidelity scenarios using AFSIM and other simulation frameworks.

- Location: Barksdale AFB, LA (CONUS/OCONUS travel required)

- B.S. in engineering, physics, math, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in air defense, AFSIM, or mission-level modeling and analysis
- Familiarity with DoD operational planning and simulation tools
- Excellent technical communication and documentation skills
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Experience with Python and Linux a plus
- Familiarity with the AFSIM community and know where to find data/POCs if needed
