Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing analysis of in-place cybersecurity plans/programs/processes to ensure they provide an optimized level of security for the customer's IT assets/operations; 2) Creating and instituting Cybersecurity programs where necessary, monitoring schedules to ensure that Cybersecurity efforts meet Acquisition timelines; 3) Providing authoritative guidance on implementation of new/revised cybersecurity policies/processes;. 4) Leading customer team's analysis/implementation of IAVM actions (e.g., IAVAs, IAVBs), issued as "security patches" to counter suspected or anticipated intrusions. 5) Experience with Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG).

This position has been designated as a Cyberspace Workforce position in the DoD Cyber Workforce
Framework (DCWF) work role of IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) proficiency level intermediate and, the incumbent of the position is required to obtain and maintain qualification in accordance with DoDM 8140.03
Obtain the foundational qualification within nine months and the residential qualification within 12
months of appointment and maintain those credentials as described in DoDM 8140.03 for DCWF role of
722 , Information Systems Security Manager proficiency level Intermediate.
Participate in continuous professional development program as described in DoDM 8140.03. An annual 20-hour minimum of Cyber Workforce related continuous professional development must be documented and completed in a current individual development plan signed by both the employee and supervisor. Continuous professional development begins in the fiscal year after the employee has obtained both foundational and residential qualification requirements.
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.

- You will identify Cyber Security methods and techniques optimally suited to the supported program, including the needs of external partners.
- You will provide customers with expert information, analytical support, and guidance on Cyber Security requirements for proposed IT acquisitions.
- You will monitor all Cyber Security plans, programs, and processes to ensure IT assets operate at optimized levels of security.
- You will provide feedback for system design strategies that balance the need for user access with the need to protect data/assets.
