More about your role:
NASK seeks an experienced all-source space and counterspace analyst to fill a key role supporting the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). All-source analysts will provide scientific and technical intelligence analysis on a full spectrum of foreign threats to U.S. space operations. Responsible for foreign knowledge of space and counterspace operations: SOSI capabilities, anti-satellite technology, space situational awareness, optical technology, radar systems, antennas, telescopes, kinetic and non-kinetic energy weapons, electronic warfare, satellite communication, and cyber operations. As a result, the analysts will provide integrated, predictive defensive space and counterspace threat intelligence tailored for military operations, force modernization, and policymakers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analyze and interpret technical system characteristics and formulate into finished intelligence
- Knowledge in satellite orbital mechanics, ground tracking, and identification
- Research and report on the force structure and design, emerging and disruptive technology
- Research and report on force employment, ops strategy, and C4
- Modeling and simulation: model-based system engineering, threat modeling, and analysis
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in All-Source Intelligence or Space Operations
- B.S. or higher in related subject field or technical equivalent
- Knowledge of foreign space and counterspace systems, development, and capabilities
- Proficient in public available information and classified database research
- Knowledge in production tools (Highpoint, Savant Docs, JADE, SpaBoK)
- Produce finished intelligence IAW analytical tradecraft standards and time constraints
- Security clearance: Active TS/SCI w/poly
