Overview

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Lead Cloud Architect to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex cloud and cloud infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will provide the government with a scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure. This position will be located at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts.

Essential Job Duties

  • Manage customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with developers, researchers, and testers
  • Develop and implement cloud architecture standards and best practices
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure infrastructure supports the software development life cycle

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT related discipline
  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • 8+ years of experience in AWS cloud architecture with public cloud providers
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • 2+ years of experience working in a DOD of other federal government environment
  • Experience with FedRAMP+ environments
  • IAT level 2 or above
  • Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git
  • Proven experience designing and implementing highly scalable, available, and fault-tolerant cloud-based infrastructure solutions
  • Experience DevSecOps teams and implementing automation tools and processes
  • Strong knowledge of network architecture and security principles
  • Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based solutions
