ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cloud Transformation Lead to join our team in Linthicum, MD. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plan, analyze, and coordinate application migration from on-prem VMs to Azure, AWS, or Google GovCloud hosting.
- Plan for ICAM authentication and authorization and implement access controls in cloud hosted applications.
- Plan for data management and backup operations for cloud hosted applications, and plan for data migration from on-prem to cloud.
- Plan for and coordinate cyber security continuous monitoring, SOC log collection mechanisms, and all patch / update policies for cloud hosted applications.
- Computer Systems Engineer/Architect - Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions.
- Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
- Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met. Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in cyber forensics, incident response, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in program management. Experience within DoD or other government agencies is highly desirable.
- Associate level cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure). In addition to cloud certifications, cyber related certifications (e.g., CFCE, EnCE, ACE, SANS GIAC (GCFE, GCFA, GASF), CTA DoD Certification, TCJA (Teel Tech).
- Must maintain a DoD 8570/8410 IAT Level I/II
- Strong understanding of cyber forensic principles, methodologies, and tools. Experience with various operating systems, network protocols, and security technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or manage a team of technical professionals. Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in working with Federal Government customers, specifically Department of Defense and Intelligence Community agencies.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an Active TS/SCI
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
