Synertex LLC is seeking an Administrative Officer to support our government customer on JBPHH-Hawaii.
This role will be providing administrative support for exercise requirements as they pertain to operations within the USINDOPACOM area of operations. The Administrative Officer will apply skills in organization and administration and leverage their knowledge of organizational goals and PACAF's mission to ensure that all business operations needs are being met.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a wide variety of administrative and office functions necessary to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Responsible for a wide range of office tasks to include assisting contract personnel in administrative work, such as coordinating LOIs, filing vouchers, ensuring security clearances and Common Access Cards (CACs) do not lapse, assisting with in-processing/out-processing of contract and government employees, and overseeing daily communications and taskers within the office.
- Orders generation and production support.
- Assist with website maintenance and support.
- May be requested to support some exercises in an administrative function and will be required to travel occasionally.
- Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
- 10 minimum years of experience required.
- At least 3 years of experience in military staff work.
- Have strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Have excellent organizational abilities and a self-starting personality.
- Be able to work and lead in a team environment with demonstrated leadership and customer interface skills.
- Have working knowledge of current Microsoft Office applications.
- Have good analytical skills and be able to operate in a demanding environment while executing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Basic ability to identify, interpret and evaluate system and network requirements.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and cloud systems administration.
