Senior SIGINT Analyst

• Minimum of 12 or more years of intelligence analyst experience at the full
performance level PLUS five or more years working for or with SOCCENT SOF or
national level intelligence agencies such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
• At least three years of experience and knowledge and intelligence support to
special operations.
• Superior proficiency knowledge understanding and experience with current
intelligence analytical techniques theory methodologies processes and trends.
• Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of
intelligence tools.
• 3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments for
example: white papers targeting packages or other serialized finished intelligence
products.
• Demonstrates experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the
Colonel (0-6)/GS-15 level or higher.
• Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and current SIGINT related
databases to support analytical efforts and product development in support of
operations.
• Proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation applications tools and
databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
• Strong briefing skills and capability of effectively directing and influencing the
conduct of SIGINT operations.
• Expert knowledge of SOF and/or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
• A high level of proficiency with NSA and other SIGINT analytical databases
covering both Dial Network Recognition oh (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence(DNI) related technologies.
• Strong background and first-hand experience are required in SIGINT analysis,
SIGINT systems, tools, and databases, reporting, and collection management.
• Acute knowledge of SF and or CT/counter proliferation intelligence experience is
highly desirable.
• Current NSAnet access.
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance w/ SCI eligibility
