Job Summary
Provides expert-level acquisition support and program support oversight on-site in San Diego, CA. Collaborates with government clients to ensure compliance with acquisition laws, policies, and regulations, and delivers high-quality deliverables for Flag Officer or SES-level decision-makers.
Travel is required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Supports acquisition execution, portfolio oversight, and PEO implementation guidance. Reviews, analyzes, and recommends changes to acquisition statutes, policies, regulations, and guidance at various levels (OSD, ASN (RD&A), PEO, NAVWAR, Congress). Researches and provides responses to acquisition-related policy and procedural inquiries. Prepares and reviews key acquisition documents, including Acquisition Strategies, Decision Memoranda, Program Baselines, and Plans, ensuring alignment with the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF). Responds to data calls and maintains an updated portfolio overview of PEO programs and projects. Coordinates and consolidates executive summary inputs for decision reviews and other critical meetings. Documents, summarizes, and tracks action items from meetings, conferences, and working groups, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.Develops and maintains acquisition templates and examples in collaboration with NAVWAR 6.0’s Acquisition Program Structure Guide. Develops key brief materials and collaborates across multiple PEO C4I / NAVWAR stakeholders. Prepares recurring front office deliverables including Weekly Status Reports (WSR), Program Reviews, etc.

Required knowledge and years of experience
Must have at least five (5) years of experience. Must have knowledge of Spend Plans and Acquisition.
