Kentro is hiring a Graphics Specialist to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

Responsiblities:
  • Design graphics and communique to build a cohesive and holistic brand experience that addresses brand position, business goals, and strategic objectives.
  • Attend senior-level planning/briefing meetings to assess the audience and the nature of communication solutions required. Collaborate with product owners, leadership, and communication professionals to clarify technical issues. Liaise with subject matter experts and with branding and marketing specialists.
  • Work with the NGA and CIO-T/TF/TFI Corporate Communications Staff to design and implement at targeted campaign plans.
  • Gather raw data from various sources and develop comprehensive and visually engaging designs.
  • Produce and deliver public relations materials (e.g., marketing plans, storyboards, fact sheets, brochures, etc.) for NGA CIO-T/TF/TFI trade shows, conferences, and other internal/external media events.
  • Create graphics for NGA CIO-T/TF/TFI that creatively portray NGA's web services programs to internal and external customers.
  • Support Directorate meetings, conferences, briefings, and similar activities with professional-quality multi-media presentations.
  • Design visual identifiers and coordinate with CIO-T Support contractors for NGA programs and initiatives.
  • Independently initiate, manage, execute, and report tasks as identified by the government.
  • Design in both offline and online communication formats.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion; exhibit flexibility and the knowledge to create multiple creative concepts.
  • Develop and maintain the knowledge and understanding of NGA's Corporate Identify or Brand Identity.
  • Produce materials in both print and digital formats.

Location: Onsite in St. Louis, MO

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience utilizing graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Master Collection CS6, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Demonstrated experience designing business products for print, digital publication, or online presentation. .
  • Demonstrated experience creating, editing, organizing, and storing digital file formats supporting digital design (e.g. tiff, gif, png, pdf, jpg, svg, html, css).
  • Demonstrated experience drafting and editing executive briefing materials, to include PowerPoint slides and notes, for presentation to other directorates, IC partners, service schools, associations, and public industry.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and experience of graphic design principles and production methods.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining strong interpersonal skills; be a team player and a positive and innovative thinker.

Preferred:
  • Demonstrated experience having graphics project leadership skills by handling initial team requirements meetings to turning over final graphics for print or electronic production.
  • Demonstrated experience designing coordinated marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in motion graphics e.g. After Effects.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing mobile media.
  • Demonstrated experience with multimedia design.

Clearance:
  • Must have an active DOD TS/SCI at the time of hire, and willing/able to get CI Polygraph
