Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage facility improvement projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations, from conception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Gather and analyze data regarding facility specifications, regulatory requirements, and construction feasibility.
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering firms to establish design criteria and prepare detailed layout drawings.
- Prepare bid sheets and contracts for construction and facility acquisitions, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Plan, design, and oversee the reconfiguration, maintenance, and enhancement of our facilities.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, implement safety protocols, and ensure employee training in safety procedures.
- Inspect construction and installation progress, ensuring adherence to established designs, specifications, and timelines.
- Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance (To obtain a clearance candidate must be a U.S. Citizen)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
- 2 years of experience with AutoCAD.
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Project.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use digital measuring devices.
