Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technician IV to support engineering, testing, and integration efforts for complex systems supporting the Department of Defense. In this role, you will provide advanced technical expertise in the operation, maintenance, and testing of electronic, mechanical, and/or electromechanical systems.

As a senior technician, you will work independently or lead small teams in support of engineering development, test, and sustainment activities. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience, outstanding problem-solving skills, and a proactive, mission-focused attitude.

Responsibilities:
Perform complex technical functions in support of engineering activities including development, test, evaluation, and sustainment of systems or subsystems.

Interpret and work from engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and specifications.

Set up and operate test equipment and instrumentation to evaluate performance of components and systems.

Diagnose malfunctions, isolate faults, and perform repairs or modifications on systems and equipment.

Assist engineers in prototype assembly, verification testing, and data collection/analysis.

Develop and execute test procedures and prepare technical documentation, logs, and reports.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with applicable safety, security, and quality standards.

Lead or mentor junior technicians as required and support team coordination and tasking.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.

Minimum of 6 years of relevant technical experience supporting engineering and test environments.

Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, systems troubleshooting, and test equipment.

Experience with DoD systems and military standards.

Proficient in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and specifications.

Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.

U.S. Citizenship required.
