Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver IQT/MQT training for operators, instructors, and evaluators
- Conduct O-Level maintenance on all MARSOC IRAS equipment
- Assist with IRAS assessment, development, and evaluation
- Support CONUS exercises and training events
- Contribute to TTP development
- Maintain qualification and currency on all MARSOC IRAS platforms
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years SOF experience operating, maintaining, and instructing on unmanned systems
- Demonstrated proficiency with multiple MARSOC IRAS platforms, particularly:
- Teledyne FLIR R80D Sky Raider
- PD-100 Black Hornet 4 (BH4)
- Edge Autonomy Stalker Block 30
- Quantum Systems Vector R20/24
- RQ-28A Skydio X2D, Parrot UKR, and/or Teal 2/3 VTOL systems
- Ghost Robotics v60 and/or Boston Dynamics Spot
- USSOCOM SUASMAN web application
- Experience operating SOF/USMC communications and data equipment
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to conduct Initial and Mission Qualification Training (IQT/MQT)
- Ability to develop and maintain training programs and documentation
- Demonstrated public speaking and briefing skills
- Physical capability to operate all IRAS equipment in field conditions
- Ability to work in extreme climatic and weather conditions
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics) AND
- Equivalent work experience in military/defense robotics operations
- FAA Part 107 (sUAS) Certification
- Valid Class 2 FAA Physical
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Ability to obtain/maintain Camp Lejeune Range Safety Officer (RSO) certification
- Ability to obtain/maintain Camp Lejeune Laser Safety Officer (LSO) certification
- Ability to obtain/maintain Camp Lejeune 4x4 driver's certification
