Amentum is seeking a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a DoD customer in sourcing, engaging, assessing and recruiting candidates for future assignments.

Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with unit leadership and personnel to collect position requirements, vetting requirements, and delivering the organizational recruiting message to candidates
- Manage the complexity of large pools of qualified applicants, the daily use of the unit recruiting database is required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and activity in the organization's tracking system
- Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role
- Collaborate with and support with the organizations Recruiting Team Lead to meet hiring targets, deadlines and organizational goals.
- Support and promote the established unit recruitment strategy.
- Required to interact directly with individual applicants and their parent commands.
- May be required to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations as directed by the customer unit.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have an active Top Secret (TS)US Government security clearance with SCI eligibility. Note: US citizenship is required to maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
- Required: Associates Degree with 60 hours of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- Graduate of military recruiting school or civilian equivalent.
- Minimum of three years experience identifying, recruiting, sourcing, evaluating candidates.
- Performed as military recruiter within the last five years of hire.
- Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations as directed by the customer unit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination in related civilian or military field.
