Job Title: Senior Joint Force Development Analyst (ORSA)
Location: The Pentagon
Clearance Required: TS/SCI

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Research/System Analyst (ORSA) to join our team supporting the Department of Defense. This role focuses on the development of joint warfighting capabilities and providing quantitative analysis to inform strategic-level decision-making. The ideal candidate brings over a decade of experience producing data-driven insights and decision support products at the operational and strategic levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply advanced operations research and systems analysis methods to inform complex DoD decision-making.
• Collaborate with Joint Staff and senior leadership to analyze operational activities and develop data-supported solutions.
• Build and interpret analytical models, charts, and programmatic data to support capability development initiatives.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, project briefs, and analysis to senior DoD stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of innovative, mission-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in operations research, systems analysis, or a related field.
• Proven track record of producing high-impact analysis and decision support products for senior DoD or Joint Staff leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate complex analyses clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Systems Engineering, Business Operations, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with DoD mission modeling or campaign modeling.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and languages such as Python, R, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of quantitative data modeling techniques and industry-standard modeling tools.
• Familiarity with joint force development, capability design, or concept development.
• Master’s degree in Operations Research, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
