On-Site Manager

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an On-Site Manager to support a program at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington.

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

How Role will make an impact:

• The Site Manager works on premise at the MTC during operating hours.
• Routinely interfaces with the MTC Director and provides MTC Director status updates relating to all contractor performance requirements.
• Responsible for all contractor performance requirements at the MTC as well as for overall scheduling, and management coordination, oversees training execution, and manages contractor continuing education/training.

Requirements

What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team:

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree, subject immaterial. Military Education Level (MEL)-4, or equivalent level military schooling.
• At least 10 years of supervisory experience with (a) military training and training support and (b) operations and training requirements at brigade or higher level.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with training management in an MTC or similar operation. Successfully served as a battalion or brigade commander or FA-57 equivalent.
