We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Aviation Military Analyst with deep knowledge in Integration, Synchronization and Operations. This role is vital to supporting Army Aviation modernization through strategic analysis, concept development, and capability assessments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and assess aviation organizations to support formation-based assessments, simulations, and annual capabilities needs assessments.
• Review and evaluate the performance of current manned/unmanned aviation platforms for Large-Scale Combat Operations (LSCO).
• Tailor methodologies to examine aviation tasks, conditions, and performance gaps across select formations.
• Develop and refine JCIDS and requirements documents, ensuring alignment with Army Modernization Strategy.
• Lead the synchronization and integration of data and modernization plans across the Army Aviation Enterprise.
• Deliver high-quality written products, including white papers, concept papers, and operational views, ensuring that they meet graduate-level standards.
• Facilitate Working Groups, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and support synchronization of modernization efforts for Army Aviation aircraft.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Rated Army Aviator with 15+ years of aviation flight and combat operations experience.
• Senior or Master Aviator rating required.
• In-depth understanding of the Army Aviation modernization strategy and integration processes across the Army Aviation Enterprise.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• 5+ years of experience in capability management or combat development.
• Proven experience authoring JROC-approved JCIDS documents.
• Expertise in planning and synchronizing data input from multiple sources into strategic messaging for Army Senior Leaders.
• Proven ability to facilitate Working Groups and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Ability to review, revise, and edit documents to ensure high standards of written communication.
• TS/SCI clearance required (or obtainable within 90 days).
• Ability to work independently, based on broad senior-level guidance, to produce high-quality written reports.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE:

• Experience as a direct team member in an Army Aviation Enterprise Synchronization Model workgroup.
• Hands-on participation in modernization strategy planning and execution for Army Aviation aircraft.
• Expertise in strategic planning and modernization funding strategy for Army Aviation.
• Familiarity with the Army's Senior Leaders' processes in the Department of the Army.
