Gridiron IT is seeking a talented and innovative AI Developer with deep expertise in AI writing technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in building intelligent applications and tools that leverage cutting-edge natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI capabilities to deliver high-value solutions for our users and clients.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered writing tools and applications using large language models.
Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs to meet specific domain and user needs.
Develop machine learning models for language understanding, generation, and personalization.
Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to integrate AI functionality into new and existing platforms.
Evaluate and improve model performance, accuracy, and safety.
Research and apply new methods in natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and prompt engineering.
Ensure ethical use of AI and alignment with privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on NLP or generative models.
Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Mistral, Cohere, or similar.
Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or LangChain.
Experience in fine-tuning, model evaluation, and prompt engineering.
Strong understanding of NLP techniques including text classification, summarization, sentiment analysis, and dialogue systems.
Experience building and deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Clearance

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $100,000 - $150,000YR (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
