The Garrett Group (TGG) is seeking an Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support STRATCOM exercise operations. The selected candidate will play a critical role in producing realistic exercise scenarios and injects to support various STRATCOM and component wargames.
Key Responsibilities: Utilize recent military intelligence experience in USSTRATCOM UCP mission areas to support the development of exercises and wargames. Create exercise intelligence products, including themes, timelines, crisis scenarios, event flows, storyboards, and opposing forces/situational forces campaign plans. Collaborate with senior analysts from the USSTRATCOM/J2 Intelligence Directorate to identify and assess operational training and exercise objectives. Develop and inject data files for intelligence-based programs used in training and exercise development and execution. Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) from training/exercise participants and ensure follow-through to completion. Provide intelligence facilitators and/or role players as required. Compile requirements for and contribute to the Consolidated Exercise Support Request (CESR) message.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in gathering and analyzing all-source intelligence community products.
- Proficiency in working with open-source reports, diplomatic reports, and after-action reports.
- Highly desirable: Intelligence experience and training in one or more of USSTRATCOM's assigned Unified Command Plan (UCP) missions.
- Preferred: Prior experience at the Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Staff, or Service Major Command (MAJCOM) level.
- All candidates must have a TOP SECRET clearance and be eligible for SCI.
