Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between our ERP system and other business applications using various middleware technologies (e.g., APIs, ETL tools, message queues).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ERP integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their data needs and integration points.
- Configure and customize ERP modules and functionalities to support seamless data flow between systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure data integrity and system stability.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in ERP integration.
- Travel to different offices as requested by Client
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or a similar role, with a proven track record in ERP system integration.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems architecture, functionalities, and data models.
- Hands-on experience with integrating ERP systems with other business applications, such as CRM, HRM, or eCommerce platforms.
- Proficiency in various integration technologies, including APIs (REST, SOAP), ETL tools, and message queues.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and data manipulation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points:
- Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., ERP certifications, integration platform certifications).
- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and integrations.
