T-Rex is seeking a Intelligence Recruiter who will join our team full-time to directly impact the success and growth of our organization. This person will be primarily responsible for applying their recruiting expertise in identifying and hiring candidates with security clearances (TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraphs) for specialized projects or contract positions the IC; particularly the MPO customer. The ideal candidate for this position will have an extensive network at MPO to leverage for future opportunities.

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Responsibilities:
- Execute successful recruiting strategies to find the talent needed for our deployed intelligence programs.
- Perform the full life cycle of cleared recruiting using both traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques,
- Appropriately screen, interview, and conduct initial and final offer negotiations when filling each job requisition
- Source candidates through existing IC network, traditional job boards, open-source methods, third-party sites and referrals
- Develop and maintain strong internal customer and candidate relationships
- Ability to work independently and provide updates to Head of Talent Acquisition and company leadership as needed
- Maintain established relationships with hired employees over time and support company retention strategies
- Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally operating in the IC space
- Experience in identifying, recruiting and hiring of cleared candidates fully cleared clearances
- Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
- Self-starter with exceptional communication and management skills
- Ability to execute strategic IC recruiting plans
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph desired
- Demonstrated experience placing new hires in the MPO space
