The Opportunity:

Make a difference; join our team. We have an upcoming opportunity to support the United States Central Command's Directorate of Intelligence (USCENTCOM J2) with strategic and tactical all-source intelligence analysis support. In this exciting opportunity you will conduct responsive, efficient, and reliable analysis and production to satisfy USCENTCOM's primary lines of effort (LOEs). This will include analytical requirements focused on counterterrorism, counter insurgency, regional and transregional issues, energy, socio-cultural, and/or assisting with collection methodology. Help assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that help protect the Department of Defense (DoD) and advance USCENTCOM J2's priorities in the Middle East.

Responsibilities:
  • As a Graphics Developer/Designer supporting USCENTCOM J2, you will have the opportunity to produce or modify organization web, SharePoint pages, and templates; support graphic user interface (GUI) development and improvements projects; and support new USCENTCOM J2 web tools and interface requirements.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEfTects, Premiere, and Flash), Active Server Pages (ASP), Java Scripts (JS), Apple Final Cut Pro X, Apple Mac hardware platforms, Map Publisher, MS Office Suite, SharePoint including Developer (and other associated tools), and any other interactive graphics enablers, languages, or tools to support development initiatives.
  • Design/illustrate abstract ideas/concepts and graphically depict technical subject matter for use in visual presentations, web design, and administration products.
  • Determine the visual requirements for print, web, or other media; envisioning and proposing solutions to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Provide weekly progress reports to leadership, including status of on-going and newly levied requirements.


Qualifications:

Required
  • TS/SCI clearance required with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
  • Relevant specialized training and Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, or 14 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in professional graphics and design software to include: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Flash), Active Server Pages (ASP), Java Scripts (JS), Apple Final Cut Pro X, Apple Mac hardware platforms, Map Publisher, MS Office Suite, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of a team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with organizational partners.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers.


Desired
  • Previous experience conducting similar work to support a COCOM or national-level intelligence agency.
  • Knowledge of USCENTOM intelligence support operations.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$63,700 - $134,000
