Job Description
*** Must have an active (or ability to obtain) TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance***
The Work Control Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing work control systems and processes across operations. This critical role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and customer entities by ensuring efficient management of work orders, resource evaluation, workflow execution, and budget tracking. The ideal candidate and the keys to success for this position is having strong analytical skills, experience with CMMS systems, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies within business workflows
• Proficient communication to follow-up effectively orally and in writing with customers
• Ability to use critical thinking skills to develop recordkeeping systems and procedures
• Capability to be meticulous through evaluating key performance data, compile information, and prepare reports
• Skill in the use of computers and related software applications
• Analyze current work control processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements for work management systems.
• Develop reports and dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to work order management.
• Update SAP data; manage the process execution of information regarding invoicing and payments within SAP
• Support data integrity efforts by performing regular audits of system data
• Review, audit and approve all purchase orders ready for final invoicing; issue corrective actions when deficiencies are identified
• Ability to maintain dashboards and update dashboards on a daily basis
• Assist in evaluating available budget and ensuring the budget is accurately reflected within SAP
• Engage with team members on a daily basis to execute data analysis on critical departments within Fluor which includes but not limited to:
• Providing excellent customer service to all personnel on site
• Learning and executing workflow process to ensure work is done the same across the business
• Analyze budgetary expenditures for compliance with approved budget
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all transactions are correctly processed, recorded and reconciled
• Documents business requirements and recommends solutions to meet business needs and coordinates the planning, development, and implementation of these solutions.
• Evaluates internal and external customers' needs and abilities in order to provide appropriate solutions.
• Perform test and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity.
• Role is not a telecommuting position

• At least 2 years' experience with SAP system
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in accounting or similar roles of Supply Chain
• Experience using accounting or invoicing systems
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with creating Standard Operating Procedures
• Experience with creating visual workflows
