Job Description:
Innovatus Technology Consulting is seeking a talented Power Platform Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dataverse to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse to deliver innovative, scalable applications that meet business and mission-critical needs. This role requires a strong understanding of low-code development, data modeling, and integration within secure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, leveraging Dataverse for data storage and management.
• Build and maintain data models, tables, relationships, and business logic within Dataverse to support application functionality and performance.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems, APIs, and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver user-friendly applications.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards, including those required for government environments.
• Optimize and troubleshoot Power Platform applications and Dataverse configurations for performance and scalability.
• Document technical designs, processes, and user guides to support solution maintenance and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, table creation, and business rule implementation.
• Proficiency in low-code development, custom connectors, and integration with APIs or external systems.
• Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power Platform governance, including environment management and security configurations.
• Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions) for integration with Power Platform.
• Knowledge of government or DoD compliance requirements for application development.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, or Power Platform Functional Consultant).
• Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies for solution delivery.
