Senior Manager I - EBS-C-Army Financial Audit
Description
• Attend EBS-C business sprints and provide subject matter expertise regarding financial
audit issues to assist with the development of requirements, for the future state EBS-C
environment, that will result in auditable business/system processes.
• Through coordination with EY business process teams, gain an understanding of the audit
issues identified within Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs) that were
issued by the Army's Independent Public Accountant (IPA) ahead of EBS-C business
process sprint sessions. Subsequent to gaining an understanding of audit issues impacting
the current system environment for the Army, communicating requirements and
recommendations that would mitigate these issues within the future state EBS-C
environment.
• Prior to attending the EBS-C business process sprints, review business process
documentation to gain an understanding of the existing process within the Army so that
we are better prepared to provide recommendations to the client.
• Subsequent to the completion of EBS-C business process sprints, develop
recommendations, in the form of white papers, for the requirements that are needed to
mitigate audit risks within the future state EBS-C environment.
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business
Management or CPA, or CISA, or PMP, or CGFM or CDFM.
• Familiar with Army Business Processes and Policies.
• Familiar with Federal accounting and Federal Financial Management.
• Familiar with internal controls and/or ITGC
• Active Secret Clearance
