What You'll Do
In the role of Systems Engineer: Shared Space Capabilities Integration, your duties will include:
- Lead the integration of shared space capabilities across diverse systems, platforms, and teams.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the use of shared space resources and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and integration points.
- Analyze and resolve integration challenges to ensure smooth interoperability of systems and platforms.
- Manage the design, development, and implementation of integrated solutions to enhance shared space performance.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for system integrations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring successful integration outcomes.
- Monitor system performance and address any issues related to shared space capabilities.
- Communicate technical findings and solutions to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in systems integration and shared space capabilities.
Requirements:
- Must be a US or Australian citizen
- Must Possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Must have 7 years of related experience supporting large systems and sub-systems.
- Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Proven experience in systems integration, particularly in shared space or collaborative environments.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, capabilities integration, and lifecycle management.
- Expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing complex systems and integrations.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in shared space or multi-platform integration.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with system testing, validation, and performance optimization techniques.
