Currently, Recro is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented System Administrator to join our team in Ft. Meade, MD.

Clearance

• TS/SCI (FS Poly)

Overview/Responsibilities:
  • Support for development and production environments for a mission-critical Identity and Access Management(IdAM) system.
  • Responsibilities include working with a team to obtain and configure Virtual Machines(VMs), loading Operating systems and software, performing security hardening, patching, and monitoring status.
  • Will support ISSO and Issues.
  • Apply knowledge of computer operations, platforms, systems, architectures, functions, and terminology.
  • Independently read, write, and implement standard operating procedures and technical documentation


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. 4 years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 14 years.
  • 10+ years of System Administrator experience
  • DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher is required if COR determines that the position's activities include CWIP activities.
  • Experience with:


    • Configuration and Maintenance of Virtual Machines
    • Linux and Windows operating systems
    • Scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Perl)
    • OS and Software application patching (e.g. IAVA, Version updates)
    • Container Technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
    • Knowledge or skill relevant to computer operations
    • Attention to detail and time management.
    • Excellent communications skills


Desired Skills:

  • Experience with and/or understanding of:
    • IdAM directories (active directory and/or LDAP)
    • Ticket tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Redmine, RT Tracker)
    • Familiarity with Ansible and Mongo
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently and with a team
