FishEye Software has an immediate opening for a mid-level C++ Software Engineer to support the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) Program, a cutting-edge defense initiative enhancing Anti-Air Warfare (AAW) capabilities, enabling seamless radar data exchange across various naval platforms.
As part of this high-impact team you will design, develop and verify complex C++ software and systems solutions. This program seeks to streamline the dissemination of radar data concerning aerial threats across naval platforms. Your insights and expertise will be pivotal in refining and augmenting these data processing algorithms, culminating in a unified display of tactical information.

This position requires an Active DOD Secret Clearance and is a fully on-site position.
Required Skills:
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4 years of C++ software development
• Experience operating within a Linux-based environment.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and CI/CD
• Solid understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• Experience in embedded programming
• Familiarity with Git, ClearCase, SVN, or similar
Desired Skills:
• Windows, VxWorks, or similar
• Radar domain knowledge
• Software systems modeling languages such as UML and SysML
