Description

BlueForce Inc. is seeking a Mission Information & Technology Resource Manager in support of the Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) at Creech Air Force Base, NV.

*Position is subject to contract award*

General Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Be able to plan, coordinate, share and control data and information assets. This includes managing technologies to capture, organize, and store both tacit and explicit knowledge.
  • Develop workflow procedures and train others how to use them.
  • Ensure the Air Force is complying with legal and statutory requirements in publishing and handling information. This includes developing internet and e-mail use policies and creating manual and electronic file plans. It also involves being familiar with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the appropriate procedures for compliance.
  • Provide core services by designing, configuring, installing and managing data services at the operating system and server application level.
  • Provide directory services utilizing dynamically assigned IP addresses, domain name server, storage area network and electronic messaging resources.
  • Standardize user privileges and system settings, using automated deployment tools such as group policy objects (GPO) system management server.
  • Be responsible for categorizing, isolating and resolving system problems.
  • Store, organize, and present mission resources (information, data, and intelligence) related to MQ-9 conventional mission execution in support of PAROC, Launch and Recovery Element, Mission Crew Element, and Air Operations Center functions and responsibilities.
  • Design, construct, and maintain associated IT databases, systems, websites, or programs that will enable efficient end-user interface and access to required mission information resources.
  • Conduct research of available IT databases, systems, websites, or programs in order to compile relevant mission information relating to all aspects of MQ-9 operational mission support to include command and control, weather forecasting, maintenance oversight, intelligence support, and aircrew mission planning activities.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain NATO and ACCM security access.
  • Two (2) years of experience working in/with DoD intelligence.
  • Four (4) years of web development experience to include being knowledgeable and proficient with web-site design, software development, and database management.
  • Ability to create websites and programs in an efficient/user-friendly manner.
  • Experience with Mardam-Bey Internet Relay Chat (mIRC).
  • Be able to process tasking's at classification levels up to TS/SCI from the PAROC, Combined Operations Center, and higher headquarters.
  • Have a current Security+ certification.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Access.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • RPA-specific experience preferred.
