Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Documents Manager to support a federal client with their national security contract, on-site in Annapolis Junction, MD . The Documents Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and auditing controlled documents, including SOP's and time-sensitive deliverables.

Responsibilities for the Documents Manager include:
· Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and time-sensitive Organizational Development Plans (ODPs).
· Support the development, maintenance, and submission of required contract deliverables, ensuring compliance with client standards and timelines.
· Manage and track policies, procedures, and work instructions through the Controlled Document Process.
· Ensure documents are accurately classified, revised, and updated in compliance with control requirements, including tracking revision histories.
· Conduct documentation audits to identify outdated content and work with stakeholders to determine necessary updates.
· Support change management processes by identifying documentation updates required by Change Requests or new initiatives.
· Monitor the Controlled Document Process and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
· Collaborate with management and project teams to assess the impact of documentation across operational areas.
· Provide general administrative support related to contract compliance and documentation processes.
Qualifications for the Documents Manager include:
· 7+ years of experience required. 3 years of experience may be substituted with higher education.
o 4+ years of technical writing required. Experience should include writing processes, SOPs, deliverables and other contractual documentation from scratch.
o 2+ years creating and maintaining group Share Point, including organization, accesses, etc.
· Recent experience with a DHS agency is desired.
· Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S Government Secret Clearance.
Compensation for the Change Manager include:
· Salary Range: $43,000 - $50,000 *depending on experience*
