This position is a Part Time On Call (hourly) position supporting the National Security Training Solutions (NSTS) business line. The Training Advisor advises and assists the VP of NSTS in developing training solutions, strategies, and strategic messaging, program advocacy and growth for current and potential new government customers, to include: the US Army and the Reserve Components of the Department of Defense, Homeland Security, Homeland Defense, and other US Federal, State, and Local Interagency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 Years of executive experience within DoD and Interagency
- Focus areas: Mission Command Training & Simulations, Army Collective Training, Multi-Echelon Training, Multi-Domain Operations
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- MA or MS degree, subject immaterial preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
