What You Will Do :
Responsible for wireless design validation and installation planning. Will lead a team of wireless network equipment installers and verify team installations meet all design parameters. Responsible for all aspects of project and resource management, including developing project schedules and budgets. Ensure Government Standards are met for all designs and installations. Review existing networks for non-compliance and plan required enhancements.

What You Will Do :
Responsible for wireless design validation and installation planning. Will lead a team of wireless network equipment installers and verify team installations meet all design parameters. What You Will Need :
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- FOUR (4) or more years' of experience doing wireless network engineering
- Experience with wireless equipment, wireless LAN (WLAN) standards, design, and protocols.
What Would Be Nice To Have :
- Master's degree
- Knowledge of mapping software including Sierra, Atoll, or MapInfo
- Knowledge of Wireless Network modeling software such as IBWave
- Experience reading construction documents and pulling out relevant information such as: AP locations, cable types/distance, and TR locations.
- Proficient knowledge with creating and understanding installation design plans for wireless networks
- Experience prioritizing workload, problem-solving and troubleshooting complex problems
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated experience working in teams
