Position Description
Serco is seeking a Sr. Principal Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT) to join our team supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at Gowen Field near Boise, Idaho. In this key role, you will provide intelligence collective training support, integrating intelligence systems and ensuring mission readiness through simulation-stimulated events.

Serco is seeking a Sr. Principal Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT) to join our team supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at Gowen Field near Boise, Idaho. In this key role, you will provide intelligence collective training support, integrating intelligence systems and ensuring mission readiness through simulation-stimulated events.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as Intelligence Warfighting Function Collective Trainer and manage on-site IEWTPT operations.
- Plan and execute collective intelligence training including integration of intelligence systems such as Technical Control Cell (TCC), Intelligence Low Overhead Driver, WARSIM Intelligence Module, and Distributed Common Ground System - Army (DCGS-A).
- Develop, execute, and assess tailored and dynamic simulation training scenarios.
- Leverage expertise with Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) and collaborative estimate products.
- Provide introductory, pre-exercise, over-the-shoulder, and guided instruction to leaders and Soldiers.
Qualifications
- One of the following:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence analyst or primary staff member at Brigade, Division, or Corps level.
- Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years of similar experience.
- Experience in one of the following roles:
- Brigade or higher S2/G2.
- Divisional or higher-level ACE Chief.
- Division level all-source intelligence warrant officer or senior NCO.
- Division or Corps level G2 operations officer.
- CTC Observer/Controller with prior military trainer experience.
- Active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
- Current counterintelligence (CI) scope polygraph (CSP) and required oversight training certifications (OVSC1000, OVSC1100, OVSC1800).
- Experience in the Intelligence Warfighting Function, including all-source intelligence and information collection management.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS) accounts within 90 days.
- DoD IAT Level I certification (A+, NET+).
- Ability to travel as needed (at least 10% of the time).
- Must be able to work on-site at Gowen Field near Boise, Idaho.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Deep understanding of Army intelligence systems and simulation integration.
- Strong instructional skills and ability to work directly with Soldiers and leaders.
- Proven ability to develop realistic and mission-relevant training scenarios.
Additional desired experience and skills:
- Possess a National Security Agency Network (NSAnet) account.
