Serco is seeking an SCA Supply Technician 1 to join our team supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at Fort Chaffee, Arkansas. In this role, you will contribute to the logistics operations essential to supporting mission training exercises.

Serco is seeking an SCA Supply Technician 1 to join our team supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at Fort Chaffee, Arkansas. In this role, you will contribute to the logistics operations essential to supporting mission training exercises.
In this role, you will:
- Perform technical supply management work related to inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization within the Mission Training Complex (MTC).
- Report directly to the Operations Team Manager.
- Prioritize work by commodity area or function, allocating time based on difficulty, complexity, or responsibility.
- Catalog inventory via bar code scanning.
- Ensure all government-furnished equipment is properly hand-receipted at the end-user level.
- Assist in ordering expendable and durable supplies to maintain operational readiness.
- Coordinate with the Transportation Motor Pool (TMP) when a government vehicle is required.
- Support the Facilities Manager with building maintenance, repairs, and preparation of work and service orders as needed.
- Execute assignments that relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations, applying established guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the team's objectives.
Qualifications

- One of the following:
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience working with U.S. Army Supply and Property Book procedures.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience working with U.S. Army Supply and Property Book procedures.
- Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience working with U.S. Army Supply and Property Book procedures.
- Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.
- Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of problems, collect necessary data to establish facts, and recommend action based on established guidelines.
- Must be able to lift and/or move at least 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work on-site at Fort Chaffee, Arkansas.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong understanding of Army Supply and Property Book procedures.
- Effective problem-solving and logistical management skills.
