Position Description
Serco is seeking a Principal Military After Action Review (AAR) Analyst to support the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) at Fort Leavenworth, KS. In this role, you will operate as part of a dynamic team conducting detailed recording and analysis of computer-simulated combat actions during Warfighter Exercises (WFX). You will provide critical insights to enhance the training of Brigade, Division, and Corps-level military staffs.

Serco is seeking a Principal Military After Action Review (AAR) Analyst to support the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) at Fort Leavenworth, KS. In this role, you will operate as part of a dynamic team conducting detailed recording and analysis of computer-simulated combat actions during Warfighter Exercises (WFX). You will provide critical insights to enhance the training of Brigade, Division, and Corps-level military staffs.
In this role, you will:
- Support simulation-driven command post exercises to train Brigade, Division, and Corps Commanders and their staffs.
- Collect and manage battle summary data concerning warfighting functions' procedures, decisions, and orders during exercises.
- Analyze data produced by the Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM) system and maintain familiarity with functional certifications.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging Opposing Force (OPFOR) doctrine.
- Develop and produce graphic products for Mission Command Training AARs.
- Attend exercise planning meetings and contribute to scenario development and weekly coordination events.
- Submit required Warfighter Exercise reports and Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) deliverables.
- Work on multiple data analysis projects and deliver reports to various MCTP stakeholders.
- Use ARCHER AAR, BALLISTA query tools, and CROSSHAIR graphical tools to generate audiovisual and graphical analytical products.
- Manipulate data using pivot tables and specialized queries to create battle damage reports and other focused analytical outputs.
- Prepare reports in tabular form, static and animated graphical displays, and support post-exercise analysis with historical assessments and doctrinal benchmarks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional leadership experience; or Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of professional leadership experience.
- Active U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
- Familiarity with current Army/Joint doctrine.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Ability to work on-site at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional desired experience and skills:
- Graduate degree.
- Experience on a Brigade or higher-level staff.
- Experience in designing Army training exercises.
