Job Description:
This program provides the Government with technical and management expertise to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their missions and systems. This position serves as the Finance Manager for the prime contractor and is responsible for financial management, reporting, and funding activities. The FM allocates funds, plans, and tracks BAC, EAC, ETC, and funding run-out dates.
The FM shall possess the following capabilities:

• Manage all financial activities for the program, to include labor hours management, travel processing, and materials reporting.
• Engage in subcontractor management including, but not limited to, timesheet management, invoice processing and compiling funding documents.
• Complete project accounting responsibilities within Unanet.
• Review invoices and provide approval prior to submission to customer.
• Develop and maintain program budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct monthly analysis to ensure revenue and project cost accuracy.
• Ensure all monthly internal and external deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Accounting, Contracts, and Senior Technical personnel to ensure facilitation of financial information.
• Participate in regular program reviews providing financial information as needed.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience supporting similar programs is required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize work effectively.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products, with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
