Orbis is seeking a mission-driven, strategic, and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to lead the continued development of Orbis Discoveryour flagship platform for open-source intelligence (OSINT) automation and data integration. In this role, you will serve as the central interface between clients (including U.S. government and international partners), our UX/UI designers, and the engineering team. Your task is to transform real-world operational insights into elegant, scalable software that accelerates intelligence processing.

This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, mission-oriented environments, and has a record of shipping complex, secure, enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product roadmap for Orbis Discovery in alignment with strategic goals and client needs.
  • Gather, prioritize, and refine product requirements through direct engagement with end users, stakeholders, and internal teams .
  • Translate operational workflows into clear product specifications, wireframes, and user stories .
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure rapid iteration and high-quality delivery .
  • Serve as the product lead during client briefings, demos, and implementation planning .
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance requirements in sensitive environments .
  • Drive usability improvements and interface enhancements based on real-world feedback .
  • Maintain rigorous documentation of product decisions, versioning, and feature rollouts .

Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship and active Top Secret (TS) clearance preferred or
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS Clearance
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven record of delivering enterprise SaaS products from conception to launch .
  • This is a remote opportunity working from home in the US.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans .
  • Experience working with engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
  • Robust communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders .
  • Familiarity with enterprise software standards, user access controls, and secure system design .
  • Comfortable managing multiple competing priorities across distributed teams .
  • Experience building or managing intelligence-related, OSINT, or investigative software platforms.
  • Familiarity with open-source data pipelines, automation tooling, or LLM-integrated platforms .
  • Previous experience working with government, defense, or national security clients .
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data integrations, and backend constraints of enterprise systems .

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Routine video conference and/or in-person meetings.
  • Ability to attend planned meetings within the Washington Metro Area region.
  • CONUS/OCONUS Travel is 30%
