HR Management Analyst II (4818)

Bennett Aerospace, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Management Analyst II to join our Team in Arlington, VA!
The successful candidate will use his/her knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address program needs while maintaining program confidentiality. A HR Management Analyst II will perform a wide range of administrative, office and professional support activities, customer support services, data entry, research and analysis, provide support to customer managers to facilitate efficient operation of the Diversion Staffing Unit and perform other duties as assigned by DEA Leads.
Regular, predictable attendance is essential for satisfactory performance as is the ability to work both with minimal direction and within a team environment.

Position Requirements:

• Organize clerical processes and maintain basic project status information
• Handle information requests and resolve administrative inquiries
• Provide administrative support to assigned Human Resource Specialist
• Recommend procedures and provide guidance for administrative support activities
• Suggest new systems or procedural changes to improve office management
• Act as a liaison between management and staff to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in planning and executing logistical support for internal and external conferences and meetings, including room reservations and material preparation
• Prepare and modify documents such as reports, memos, and emails; upload finalized documents to SharePoint/S drive
• Record, compile, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes when needed
• Create, input, and track documents through SharePoint/Sdrive
• Prepare statistical reports and manage spreadsheets
• Maintain electronic documents and correspondence per the approved filing system
• Provide general information regarding job vacancies and application procedures
• Assist applicants with system errors during the application process
• Initiate and monitor background investigations and assist in completing employment documents
• Elevate complex issues to senior HR staff as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned
  

Position Requirements:

• US Citizen
• Associate's degree
• Must have 3- 4 years of relevant experience working in a professional environment
• Experience with SharePoint management and computer software programs
• Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Possess knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address program needs of the client
• Solid database and data analyst skills required for position
• Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to details
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to solve complex problems and work in a team environment

This position is located in Arlington, Virginia
The salary for this position is $58,000 to $63,000
