REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- TS/SCI Clearance
- 1-3 years of business analysis experience with ServiceNow.
- 1 year of ServiceNow ITSM implementation.
- Working knowledge and experience in enterprise software development methodologies in an Agile framework.
- Track record and proven ability to produce effective, innovative solutions on an enterprise scale.
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow processes, approaches, methodologies, and development lifecycle.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels with the ability to engage diplomatically with stakeholders and communicate changes that may not be aligned with the original expectations.
- Strong business acumen.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform in a client facing role eliciting requirements to digitally transform and modernize obsolete business processes.
- Translate IT Service Management requirements to a cross-functional team by breaking down the requirements into user stories.
- Work collaboratively with the project teams to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements and solve complex problems.
- Support out of the box applications including Problem, Change, Incident, Service Portal, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Service Management.
- Develop innovative workflow solutions for strategic customer mission centric changes.
- Influence stakeholders to support business processes for improved outcomes.
- Lead agile ceremonies related to the software delivery lifecycle.
- Create or update documentation including business process maps, data dictionaries, security matrices, and burndown charts.
- Create user guides to transfer knowledge and procedures for applications when applicable.
- Other duties as necessary for meeting performance expectations and/or assigned to Employee from time to time by Intact.\\
