Purpose:
- Architect, develop, implement, integrate, manage and administer ServiceNow solutions for large-scale enterprise environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure core ServiceNow modules (e.g. Service Catalog, Record Producers, Knowledge Management, Notifications, Assignment Rules, SLA/workflow) based on user stories
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and management needs
- Execute unit tests to validate functionality against acceptance criteria
- Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback on fellow developers' work
- Produce and update technical documentation and ensure all ServiceNow certifications remain current with platform releases
- Collaborate with architects, project managers and business analysts throughout the software development lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience implementing major ServiceNow applications/modules
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform administration and configuration
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain at least a Public Trust clearance; TS/SCI or ability to achieve it is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Fully on-site role at a secure government contractor facility
- Sedentary position requiring prolonged computer use, documentation, and collaboration via digital communication tools
Certifications & Training:
- Complete one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification within six months of hire
