Position: Acquisition Program Analyst - Senior
Clearance: TS/SCI
Location: 5 days onsite at the Pentagon
NIS has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Acquisition Program Analyst TS-SCI onsite SAF/AQ at the Pentagon. This role supports the Industrial Liaison Office's (ILO) Tactical Industrial Base branch within the AQX Directorate, providing insights into the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). Responsibilities include supporting the Defense Production Act, managing industrial facilities, reviewing mergers and acquisitions, and contributing to OSD Industrial Base Assessments.

Key Tasks:
- Support oversight and decision-making activities, program execution, and acquisition reform.
- Analyze and recommend on requirements, acquisition strategies, and program documentation.
- Provide impartial assessments of programs and contractor issues.
- Research program trends, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
- Advise on funding allocation, program goals, objectives, and schedules.
- Track compliance and identify changes in program direction.
- Monitor acquisition management changes and their effectiveness.
- Support HAF review processes and program-specific strategy development.
- Maintain and analyze planning, scheduling, and management data.
- Advise on program reporting at HAF and DoD levels.
- Handle confidential and classified information.
- Master's degree in business or related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in leading strategic initiatives and program analysis.
- 12 years of relevant work experience may substitute for a MA/MS degree.
- BA/BS degree plus 8 years of relevant work experience may substitute for a MA/MS degree.
