Job Description
o Provides administrative and operational support to a mission center
o Position requires deep knowledge and experience with the Customer field environment
o Individual will be assisting in the management and facilitation of daily activities and actions required to support Customer field locations/sites. Solid agency experience in the communications mission centers
o Responsible for all communications/cables coming from the field sites, briefing customer on everything, responsible for final sending and receiving of correct equipment, extremely savvy with customer communications equipment
o Right hand person to the branch chief
