Essential Duties
Program Documentation & Coordination
- Develop and maintain program documents including briefings, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Create and deliver clear technical briefings, recommendations, and critiques.
- Assist with design reviews and program status meetings in Army Aviation R&D programs.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties including mail sorting, records management, and report consolidation.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Compose various types of correspondence and personnel-related documentation.
Travel, Scheduling & Logistics
- Make travel arrangements per regulatory guidelines and traveler preferences.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and conferences.
- Prepare travel orders, vouchers, and maintain accurate logs.
Data Management & Procurement
- Consolidate and submit time and attendance records.
- Track labor hours for government personnel and maintain monthly logs.
- Manage purchase requests, vendor communication, and order tracking for materials and services.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative or program support experience.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience coordinating with senior staff and managing multiple task schedules.
- Ability to follow complex instructions efficiently and accurately.
Education & Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
