Tyto Athene is searching for highly qualified Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for automating, securing, and optimizing application and infrastructure deployment in cloud and hybrid environments. This role integrates DevSecOps principles, enforces DoD security policies, and builds reliable CI/CD pipelines to support mission-critical systems with scalability, speed, and compliancutomate cloud provisioning, configuration, and monitoring across platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Integrate security and compliance controls into DevOps workflows aligned with RMF, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53.
- Implement container orchestration using approved customers platforms.
- Led the development, security, and operations teams to promote a DevSecOps culture.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, networking, storage, and application teams to align enterprise architecture with mission goals.
- Support 24/7/365 operations at Doral, FL, COOP, Exercises, and Deployments
Required:
- 10+ years of experience and HS or AA/AS or BA/BS or MA/MS
Desired:
- Master's Degree in Cloud Engineering, Cybersecurity, or DevOps Engineering.
Certification: Must meet (IAM/IAT Level II):
Preferred Cloud Provider Certifications
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate/Pro
- AZ-400: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
