Job Description:
Designs facility and equipment additions and modifications. Prepares all estimates and related engineering drawings and specifications for work that is a part of a major project or a total project of moderate scope.
Evaluates utility Systems and prepares long-range cost and usage studies. Performs all necessary scheduling and coordinating of projects with customer, plant maintenance, construction personnel and outside contractors.
Oversees and approves work performed by outside contractors to insure adherence to specifications, construction codes and schedules; performs final inspection and recommends approval of invoice payment.
Provides inputs to facility's expense and capital budgets.
Maintains all necessary records regarding project status and costs.
Assumes full responsibility for completing projects within budget.
Provides technical guidance for developing engineers.
Analyzes plant equipment needs, evaluates equipment suitable to fit needs, selects, specifies and generates purchase requisitions and AR's for such equipment.

Must Haves:
- BS degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering or related academic field.
- Three-years of experience in facility engineering, manufacturing, Oil & Gas and / or Power Generation industry.
- Project Management experience.
- High energy level and sense of urgency.
- Good business / technical judgment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities for a variety of tasks
