Salesforce Consultant
Location: Remote
The HigherEchelon Salesforce Practice is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Consultant to join our team working on a variety of commercial and public sector initiatives. We are seeking qualified candidates that are Salesforce Certified and have relevant experience working with customers of all types, especially Public Sector.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work with clients to solicit and develop business requirements and specifications, document process flows, and complete application design, application configuration, testing and deployment
• Facilitate business process analysis sessions, requirements gathering sessions, and develop and deliver key components of technology solution
• Configure solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet requirements while ensuring solutions are effective in the long-term using declarative programming, including Flow and other out-of-the-box tools, whenever possible
• Support data migration efforts as projects require
• Write user stories and document work using customer and company-required documentation methodologies
• Contribute to the growth of the practice through thought-leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets, and participation and ownership of other operational areas (recruiting, onboarding, training, enablement, etc.)
Required Skills:
• Preferred public sector experience or multiple Salesforce project implementation experience
• Must understand Agile Development and be able to plan, manage, and execute in that environment
• Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work and thrive as a member of a team made up of multiple subcontractors and prime contractor employees, led by the prime
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance if needed
• U.S. Citizenship is required
Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile
• One or more current Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud)
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Consultant (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) certifications highly preferred
• Experience with OmniStudio as a part of the Public Sector Solutions offering preferred.
• Maintain Salesforce certifications and be willing to assign them to HigherEchelon; seek to earn additional certifications for Salesforce
• 2-5 years of relevant Salesforce experience
