The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Senior Training Lead to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, FL. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES II ). Displays ability to manage comprehensive training programs for diverse personnel, including subcontractors and partners.

The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Senior Training Lead to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, FL. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES II ). Displays ability to manage comprehensive training programs for diverse personnel, including subcontractors and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manages training for all contractor personnel, including subcontractors and teaming partners for required TO training from start date and annually thereafter, in support of warfighter experience (WX) services, DoDIN operations services, and IT enabling services
- Manages training of personnel with the appropriate industry certifications and/or training to perform the functional role assigned for applicable technical environment, new products scheduled for release, and refresher training
- Conducts research to develop/revise comprehensive training courses; determines training objectives and oversees development of IT course curriculums
- Leads creation of course materials, handouts, instructional aids, audio/visual materials, and similar teaching aids
- Performs classroom training and tests, and evaluates performance
- Guides creation of computer-based training modules and web-based instruction
- Assesses instructor/trainer performance and takes corrective action to improve courses
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments and may supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must have Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and 8-12 years of relevant experience
- Active Top Sec ret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Possesses knowledge of industry certifications and technical environments to ensure appropriate training for functional roles
- Exhibits skill in developing and revising training courses, determining objectives , and overseeing IT curriculum development
- Displays competence in creating instructional materials and leading classroom training sessions
- Shows capability in guiding the creation of computer-based and web-based training modules
- Demonstrates proficiency in assessing instructor performance and implementing improvements to training courses
Desired:
- COMPTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), or Certified IPC Trainer (Application Specialist Training)
